| Founders of Academy  Петро Панфілович Падун State Customs Service Councillor of the second rang, professor, Candidate of Engineering, honored academician of high school, member the Russian Academy of Information Technology Education. For the responsible attitude to work awarded with: praise by president of Ukraine, breast signs "Honored Customs Officer of Ukraine", "For responsible attitude in the Customs", "Honored employee of Education of Ukraine" and awarded with order "Merit" of III rang. Petro Panfilovich Padun is an author of more than 50 scientific works and 2 inventions which have been recognized and practical application in rocket-space industry of the country. He had been heading the Ukrainian Academy of Customs since the foundation in 1997. At this post he proved himself as talented leader and manager, who skillfully identified propriety and perspective ways of development of the Academy. Jointly with Ukrainian State Customs Service Petro Panfilovich Padun developed and realized the conception of training, retraining and improvement of professional skills of customs officers. New approach to content and organization of the learning process is realized in this conception. On the post of rector Petro Panfilovich Padun revealed not only the organizational abilities,but also excellent human qualities. He had never shifted burden of responsibility to others, attracted colleagues by his sincerity, interest to their lives and problems |
