| Law faculty  декан факультету, доцент Гмирко Валерій Петрович The Head of the Faculty is the Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Valery Petrovich Hmyrko. The faculty trains specialists of "Law" speciality On the basis of fundamental, humanitarian and specialized customs trainings the system of professional knowledge, skills and practical skills of the future customers who acquire more than 80 disciplines and courses of the curriculum, including "The Theory of Law", "Constitutional Law of Ukraine", "Basic European Union Law "," Administrative Law "," Labor Law "," Customs Law "," Civil Law "," Civil Process "," Commercial Law "," Criminal Law "," Criminal Procedure "," Criminalistics, " " Commodity ", "Customs control and clearance Technology " " Law Enforcement in the Customs Service "," Fundamentals of the art criticism and expert valuation of cultural values ", etc is formed. After graduating from the Law Faculty of the Academy the graduates have deep knowledge of the legislation regulating relations in the market of goods and labor. Particular attention is given to the studying of the economic, legal and international legal subjects, as the activity of the Customs Authorities related to the subjects of the foreign economic activity. The Faculty trains the specialists to work at the Customs authorities in the capacity of the Inspector of the smuggling department, the Inspector of the department of working with the personnel, the Inspector of the legal department. |
